Learn to Swim with SwimAmerica
Learn to swim at your own pace in SwimAmerica, a state-of-the-art learn to swim program developed by the American Swim Coaches Association. All 10 stages of SwimAmerica teach safety, fitness, health and fun. Each station emphasizes proper techniques with attention given to correct body position, movement of arms and legs, breathing and timing of the strokes. Swimmers progress at their own pace - no more waiting until the next session to move up!

Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) (ages 6 months - 6 years)

Rockwood Swim Club
Our nationally ranked Rockwood Swim Club has been a staple in St. Louis County for more than 40 years. During that time, we have introduced thousands of kids to the fun, exciting sport of competitive swimming. Swimmers of all ages and abilities have a home in the Rockwood Swim Club family. We strive to give every swimmer the personal attention they deserve to continue their improvement.

Adult Aquatics Programs
Adults can stay healthy and active in the water with our aquatics programs.
The adult masters program is a time for swimmers stay active. A coach is available for those who would like recommendations for workouts or stroke technique. All swimming abilities and fitness levels are welcome. Workouts will be given to help adults who still compete, former swimmers, or triathletes looking to improve.
Aqua aerobics and Water Walking classes are perfect for those who want to get or stay in shape. Both programs incorporate cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and flexibility.
