David Kozinski is proud to begin his fifteenth season with Spotlight Productions. He joined the Spotlight team in 2003 with Miracle on 34th Street. He accepted the position of Production Manager in 2007 while continuing to serve as the resident Scenic Designer and Technical Director. David has a Bachelor of Science degree for Design/Technical Theater from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. He has worked with many community theaters and served as the Assistant Production Manager for the St. Louis Muny in 2000 and 2001. David has been nominated four times for a Best Performance Award for Set Design with Arts for Life (West Side Story – 2004, Jekyll & Hyde – 2004, Peter Pan – 2005, Seussical – 2006) and was proud to accept the award for Best Large Ensemble Musical Production for Big, the Musical in 2008. He serves as the Technical Manager of Theaters for Rockwood throughout the year. Director - Laura Fontana
Laura Fontana has directed 2 Spotlight Productions (Tarzan 2015 & Shrek 2017). After having her second son in the summer of 2018, she's excited to be back! Laura has her BSED in Speech & Theater Education and Masters in Theater from Missouri State University. She is the full-time theater teacher at Crestview Middle School for the Rockwood School District for 6 years and teaching overall for over a decade. Laura has been dancing since she was 3 years old and performing on stage since she was 8 years old. She was the nominated for a ROSE Award in 2019 and has been nominated for teacher of the year for Crestview Middle School 3 times. She loves working with young people and can't wait to share her love of theater with this year's cast!
Assistant Director / Stage Manager - Annie Zigman
Annie Zigman is thrilled to be back for her fifth season with Spotlight Productions! She has acted on the Spotlight stage in Annie (2012) and The Little Mermaid (2013). She has also assistant directed and stage managed both Peter Pan (2014) and Tarzan (2015). Annie just received her BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami. Lydia Sparling is excited to join the Spotlight Production team this summer. She earned her Bachelor's degree in music education from Murray State University in December 2017. After graduation, Lydia was a substitute teacher in the Rockwood School District and then went on be the choir director at Crestview Middle School this past school year. Lydia was the music director for School House Rock Live! and previously assisted in directing Once Upon a Mattress and The Pajama Game. Most recently, she played the role of Hansel in the opera Hansel and Gretel. Lydia is most excited to spend her summer working with children and fostering their love for the stage.

Some of Christina’s favorite things are costumes and kids, so of course she loves working at Spotlight Productions. She has 16 years of theatre experience and has designed hundreds of costumes for local theaters. In total, she has been involved in 43 stage productions, as well as appearing in TV commercials and print advertisements. Recently, Christina has worked, in various roles, at OnSite Theatre Company, Dallas Theater Center, and Shakespeare Festival St. Louis. She has studied theatre at Southern Methodist University, and she will be acting in Shakespeare Dallas’s The Tempest later this year. Lighting Designer - Ryan Luedloff assisted by Jenna Nichols
Ryan is very excited to be joining the Spotlight team for the first time! Ryan has been doing technical theater for over 8 years and has about 22 mainstage shows under his belt. He recently graduated from Lafayette High School and plans to pursue a Bachelor's Degree for Technical Theater & Design. The last 2 years Ryan has also been a Theater Manger for the Rockwood Technical Theater Department. In addition to doing theater in Rockwood, Ryan is the technical director for Debut Theater Company which is a non-profit community theater company that performs to raise money for cancer research while spreading the arts to local youth. Recently, Ryan was the lightning designer for Lafayette Theater Company's production of Legally Blonde which was nominated for best musical by the St. Louis High School Theater Awards. He can't wait to work with the Spotlight team!
