Reasons to have a booth at Summer Expo
Do you offer summer programs for youth in grades Pre-K through high school? Are you looking to reach a large audience with your program information? Then the Summer Expo is where you need to be. The Summer Expo is the premier event that helps families answer the question - What will YOU be doing this summer? Last year more than 1,500 people attended the Summer Expo. In addition to being promoted extensively within the Parkway and Rockwood School Districts, Summer Expo is advertised throughout the St. Louis county and beyond.

Why should I attend Summer Expo?
Summer Expo is where parents across the St. Louis area go to answer the question "what will my child do this summer?" It is the perfect place to promote your summer camps and programs. Last year nearly 2,000 people visited the Expo. Your presence will enable you to market your program directly to a targeted audience of parents and children who are looking for a summer program.
Who attends Summer Expo?
Families from across the St. Louis region attend the Summer Expo who are looking for interesting, unique and enriching opportunities for pre-schoolers to high school students.
How is Summer Expo promoted?
The Summer Expo is publicized throughout the St. Louis county via print media, television exposure (when possible) and through our partners stlparent.com and West Magazine. The Summer Expo is also publicized directly to students and parents in the Parkway and Rockwood School Districts.
What is provided?
Each exhibitor receives one table (72"x30") with electric, two chairs, two lunches and inclusion in the Summer Expo program and website. All exhibitors must have a table skirt. If you do not have one, there is an additional $10 fee and one will be provided for you.
What is the deadline to get a booth?
Summer Expo registration opens October 1. It has sold out the last several years.
